2024 Practice Schedule
All Practices will be held at Stoneridge Christian High School
2738 Dan Ward Rd
Merced Ca, 95348
Must have 10 hours completed prior to practicing with pads
Conditioning Monday - Thursday (4 days)
Monday 7/8 - Thursday 7/11
Monday 7/15 - Thursday 7/18 with Helmets
Players will need to be there by 5:45 practice will start at 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Pre Season Practice Schedule - Full Contact (4 days) (Football and Cheer)
Monday - Thursday 7/22 - 7/25, 7/29 - 8/1, 8/5 - 8/8, 8/12- 8/15
Players will need to be there by 5:45 practice will start at 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Regular Season Practice Schedule After First Game (3 days) (Football and Cheer)
Tuesday - Thursday 8/22 - End of Season
Players will need to be there by 5:45 practice will start at 6:00 - 8:00

Please make sure to bring plenty of water, the more water the better. Conditioning weeks are MANDATORY. Conditioning makeups WILL consist of conditioning and running.
